What do I do if I ordered the wrong size?


These shirts are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned for incorrect sizing. Please measure your favorite tee or sweatshirt across the front, under the sleeves, and refer to size charts before ordering.




What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?


We will be glad to refund or replace an item if there are any problems with printing or craftsmanship.. Please take a photo of the item clearly showing the problem and submit your request to sales@printpoppers.com. Please let us know if you would prefer a refund or replacement.




How soon can I expect to receive my order?


Most items are received within 10-14 days. Please contact us if you have not received your order after the 14-day window.




How do I care for my garment?


Wash your garment before wearing the first time. We recommend washing with like colors in cold water and drying on low heat.




I would like to see my favorite business carry a line of shirts and mugs. What do I do?


Great! We would be happy to contact that business and work with them to create a line of products. Please email us at sales@printpoppers.com.




Why are some items only offered in 2 colors?


We work very hard to make sure the quality is the best it can be for the items you receive. If we find that a logo does not print well on a dark background (or light background), we limit the colors to get the best result. Other times the business has requested limitied colors. Please contact us if there is an item or color you would like to see, and we will try to honor your request.
